What every seat includes
Month to month, buy as many or as few seats as you need, cancel any time. Checkout covers 1–50 seats. Each seat is one person, on every computer they sign in on.
Your first 30 days are Free and $0 is due today. A card is required at checkout; after the trial, billing is $39 per seat per month plus applicable tax. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
USD, before tax. Microsoft 365 is separate. Choose your seats at checkout and review the total before you pay.

Windows and Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Business Premium or Enterprise E3/E5. All of these include the Microsoft Copilot Chat WagonWorks runs on, so there is nothing extra to buy from Microsoft. Business Basic on its own will not work unless the paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence has been added. You do not need the paid Copilot add-on; if your team already has it, WagonWorks uses it to do more.

When am I charged?
Nothing is charged today. A card is required at checkout, and billing starts when your 30-day trial ends: $39 per seat per month plus applicable tax. Cancel before then to avoid a charge.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. It is month to month. Your files stay where they always were, in your Microsoft 365.
Can I add or remove seats?
Yes. Manage seats from Seats & billing in your account, or write to support@wagonworksai.com and we will change them for you.
Is there a contract?
No annual contract. Month to month.
