Before you sign in
You need Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Business Premium or Enterprise E3/E5 with SharePoint. These plans include Copilot Chat; the paid Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on is not required. Business Basic on its own will not work. Compare Microsoft’s Copilot options
Choose your seats and sign in with your Microsoft work account. Checkout shows your trial eligibility, price and billing details before you confirm. Then install the desktop app to set up your workspace.
