Does my data ever leave the building?
No, not by design. The Brain reads and reasons over your files on a machine in your building. Client files, contracts, patient notes: they stay put. That is the whole reason it exists. On disconnected setups, nothing can leave at all.
Is my work used to train someone else's model?
No. Your files are not shipped off to train a robot you do not own. What the Brain learns, it learns for you, and it stays with you.
What about compliance? We are regulated.
Good, that is who the Homestead outfit is built for. On-premises deployment and documented, compliance-ready training are the point, not an add-on. The exact controls depend on your world, and we map them with you before anything goes live.
Cost & ownership
What does it cost?
There is no honest sticker price, so we do not pretend to have one. It is hardware you own plus a care plan you choose, sized to your building. You can see the ownership-versus-rent math in
the Rent Calculator, and we size your real outfit with you when you stake a claim.
Do I actually own it, or am I renting again?
You own it. The hardware is yours. When we drive away, the Brain and everything it has learned stay in your building. We will never make you rent your own capability back from us every month.
What happens to my bill later?
Nothing you did not agree to. The whole point of owning your foundation is that no one gets to quietly climb the meter on you after you are wired in. Rent what earns its rent. Own the rest.
Hardware & offline
What hardware do I need?
Depends on the work you throw at it and how many people lean on it. We spec the machine to your outfit rather than sell you more than you need. On Scout, we hand you the buying guide; on Wagon Train and Homestead, we supply and stand it up.
Does it work when the internet is down?
Yes. Storm takes the fiber out and the Brain keeps answering. Ask us to unplug the router during the demo. It is our favorite trick, and it is one the cloud cannot do.
Do I have to leave Microsoft 365?
No. We build on the rails Microsoft laid. Your Microsoft 365 stays exactly where it is. Your data just stops commuting to somebody else's server.

We will tell you. Sometimes it is. We are not against the cloud or the companies building the models. We are against dependency without ownership. If renting earns its rent, rent it.
