Install · SharePoint workspace + desktop app
Two parts. Both inside your Microsoft 365.
WagonWorks is a workspace in your company’s SharePoint plus a small desktop app on each person’s Windows machine. You set both up yourself — about fifteen minutes, no IT project. Sign in with the work account assigned your seat to get started.
Windows · signed installer
Install the betaBy downloading, you agree to the End User License Agreement. The installer shows it in full and asks you to accept before it installs anything.
When you open the installer, Windows may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen. That is expected: the package is signed, and Windows still checks a release this new. Select "More info," then "Run anyway" to continue.

Set up the SharePoint workspace
The person setting up WagonWorks installs the desktop app, signs in with their Microsoft work account and connects the company workspace. It lives in your own SharePoint — on Microsoft’s servers, not ours. Your files never move.
Each person
Install the desktop app
Download the Windows installer, run it once and sign in with the work account assigned your seat in the home tenant that owns your workspace — not a guest profile from a customer or partner tenant. It connects to your company’s workspace and updates itself from then on. Each seat covers 2 devices.

“Windows protected your PC”
Expected. The installer is signed by The Lobbi Corp., and Windows still shows its blue screen for a release this new. Choose “More info,” then “Run anyway.” It is not your IT blocking you.
Where everything lives
The workspace lives in your company’s own SharePoint, on Microsoft’s servers, not ours. The desktop app is the window onto it. Nothing is copied to us, and if you stop, everything it organized stays where it is.
After you install
Run it once and sign in with the work account that has your seat. It connects to your company’s workspace and updates itself from then on. Each seat covers 2 devices — the desk and the laptop.
On a Mac or a phone?

Beta channel
What beta testers should know.
The beta installs from our signed direct channel, not the Microsoft Store. Windows shows its standard warning banner for any internet-sourced package the first time; the package itself is signed, and updates arrive automatically on launch. Beta testers stay on this channel — the Store build arrives later as the public channel and installs separately.
Testing safely without touching live work
For an isolated beta, use a separate Microsoft 365 sandbox tenant and a dedicated work account — not a test user in the tenant where your team works. Give that account a Microsoft 365 license and make sure it has a WagonWorks beta seat before first launch. Everything the beta creates stays in the sandbox tenant; remove the test account when testing ends. Need a sandbox beta seat? Write to support@thelobbi.io.
If your people live in more than one Teams tenant
Teams can make one work account look like it belongs to more than one organization. If someone is a guest, sign in with the home-tenant work account that has their WagonWorks seat. The tenant currently shown in Teams and a guest membership do not change the app's identity or give the guest tenant a workspace.
