This site, wagonworksai.com, is run by WagonWorks, a venture of The Lobbi. You may read it, share it, and use it to decide whether to work with us. Please do not misuse it: no breaking in, no trying to disrupt it, and no using it to break the law.

Staking a claim tells us you are interested. It is not a contract, a purchase, or a promise of a spot or a price. We may reach out, and either of us can walk away. Anything about deployments, pricing, or terms of an actual outfit gets agreed separately, in writing, when we work together.

The AI workspace is a separate named-seat subscription purchased online. Checkout shows the recurring monthly price, quantity, taxes, and total before you pay. Stripe handles payment details. Checkout opens when the product launches; until then it is closed unless you hold a beta invite. A completed Checkout starts your subscription and its billing at that time — it is not a deposit, and it does not hold a price for later. Before launch you can create your organization and stage the seats you expect to need, and nothing is charged for that. Product access begins when our Licensing service activates the enrollment.

Meeting Intelligence, Task Management, and Actions are included in your AI workspace subscription from launch. Any change to the price or the included upgrades requires the applicable price and terms to be shown before it takes effect.

You may cancel from Manage billing in your authenticated customer account, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless a full refund is authoritatively confirmed. Quantity changes are not available through self-service in this first release. For billing corrections or refund requests, write to support@thelobbi.io. Taxes may be collected based on the billing information supplied to Stripe.

We work hard to keep this site accurate and plain. Numbers we stamp, like the measured usage figure, reflect a real measurement at a point in time and can change. Estimates, like the Rent Calculator, are illustrations to help you think, not quotes. Your real numbers come from your real outfit.

The words, art, marks, and design on this site belong to WagonWorks and The Lobbi. The brand mark is a cattle brand, a symbol of ownership, and it is ours. Please do not copy or reuse our content or marks without asking first.

Where we link out to other sites, we do it to be helpful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they do or say.

This site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working and truthful, but we do not promise it will be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free. Use your own good judgment.

To the extent the law allows, WagonWorks and The Lobbi are not liable for indirect or incidental losses that come from using, or being unable to use, this site. Nothing here limits anything that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the company grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the update.

These terms do not limit rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited. Any dispute will be handled under the law and venue that apply to The Lobbi and the transaction.
