How the outfitting works

Private AI that lives where you do.

We build one private, organized workspace inside your own Microsoft 365 and put your AI to work on it. It learns how your business runs, takes the busywork off your hands, and never moves your files out of your tenant. The rest of this page is how we make that hold.

What it actually is.

It is not another chatbot with an empty box. WagonWorks builds one private, organized, search-ready workspace inside your company's own Microsoft 365 — SharePoint to hold it, Teams to work in, Lists and Planner for the structured work — and loads it with the content and workflows your industry runs on. Your AI then works against that structure: filing documents, answering questions out of your own content, running your workflows.

It is built in your tenant, under the permissions you already run, and it stays there. You own the wagon.

It stays in your tenant

Client files, contracts, patient notes, the sensitive things: they stay in your company's own SharePoint. We hold your identity, your entitlement and your setup — never your documents. Nothing leaves your tenant for us to process.

Files stay in your own SharePoint

It learns your work

It is not generic. Point it at how your business actually runs and it starts to know your accounts, your language, and the way you do things, by day one on the bigger outfits.

Knows your accounts and your language

It runs the busywork

The ten-thousand-row spreadsheet. The midnight retyping. The paperwork that eats an afternoon. It does the computer things so your people can do the human things.

The computer things, done

You keep the keys

Stop paying and we stop maintaining it. That is the whole of it: nothing locks, nothing is deleted, and the workspace we built stays in your tenant and stays open to you.

Nothing locks, nothing is deleted

You buy it by the seat

It is a named-seat subscription inside Microsoft 365, priced per seat monthly. One person authorizes Microsoft once, and the whole company works in the same workspace. We would rather say that plainly here than let you meet it for the first time at a checkout.

One price per named seat, monthly

Three ways we outfit you.

Every wagon is different, but the trail is the same. However far down it you want to ride, it comes down to three moves.

  1. Scout the ground

We look at how you work today, what is sensitive, and where the busywork hides. No slides. We come back with a plain map of what it would do for you.

  2. Build the wagon

We build the workspace inside your own Microsoft 365 — SharePoint to hold it, Teams to work in, Lists and Planner for the structured work — and load it with your industry. It learns your business before anyone on your team has to lift a finger.

  3. Teach the trail

We train your people to drive it, then step back. Our job is to teach you enough to fire us. When we leave, the wagon and everything it knows stays yours.

Pricing

Most of the bill is habit, not horsepower.

What gets cut

  • One authoritative record, not five copies
  • Results written down — tomorrow reads a page
  • Each worker scoped to its job

Changing who you pay changes the name on the invoice. It does not change how much work you were asking the AI to carry in the first place, and that is usually the larger number.

So we start by cutting what it has to carry: one authoritative record instead of five copies, results written down so tomorrow reads a page instead of a week, each worker scoped to its job. A business that does only that and never buys a seat from us is still better off.

Where your data lives.

In plain terms

  • Read in place, in your tenant
  • Under the permissions you already run
  • Exposure is a risk you choose

In your tenant. It reads and reasons over your files inside your own Microsoft 365, under the permissions you already run, so exposure becomes a risk you choose, not one you inherit the day you sign up.

Built on rails Microsoft laid.

The rails

  • SharePoint — the store
  • Teams — the surface
  • Microsoft 365 — the only security authority
  • No meter on the everyday work

None of this means going somewhere new. We build on the Microsoft stack we run our own company on, inside the tenant you already pay for: SharePoint as the store, Teams as the surface, and Microsoft 365 itself as the only security authority — your identities, your permissions, your labels. Your Microsoft 365 stays exactly as it is. We organize it and put your AI to work on it.

The everyday work runs on plain code and the Microsoft services you already pay for, so there is no meter on it. Anything metered sits behind an allowance you buy on purpose, with a cost guard on it.

The part we keep for the trail.

Shown, and kept

  • The meter — shown exactly
  • What you would own — shown exactly
  • The full build — for the wagons we outfit

We will show you exactly what the meter says and exactly what you would own. What we do not do is post the full build for the whole world to copy, or hand the map to the people selling gold they have never seen.

The trail map is for the wagons we are outfitting. Stake a claim and we will walk you through the whole thing, in plain words, with nothing built behind a curtain.

Next step

Ready to own it?

Named seats, Microsoft sign-in, and clear monthly billing. Pick the seats you need; the workspace we build stays in your tenant, and stays yours if you ever leave.
