Your trails, and everything it builds, stay in your own Microsoft 365. It only sees what you can already see, and a person approves everything it sends or saves.

Ask about a file you do not have access to — it cannot read what you cannot read.
Start a reply in the Inbox and leave it: nothing goes anywhere until a person presses Send reply.
Check where a document it built was saved — your own SharePoint workspace, named on the receipt.
