What you’ll be able to do.

  • Invite a colleague and know when they have taken their seat
  • Change the seat count and know when the change takes effect
  • Open your billing details, and ask for your data to be deleted

Four lessons

In order, one after the other.

    Around the console

Sign in on the website to find Overview, Install, People, Seats & billing and the Privacy portal.

The desktop app is where the work happens; the console is where the owner sets the team up. Knowing which page holds which control saves a support email.

    Invite your team

Invite people by email from the People page. They sign in with their own Microsoft account.

Nobody can open the workspace until they hold a seat, and only the console hands seats out — the desktop app has no invite button.

    Seats and billing

Read how many seats are in use, add or remove seats, and open your billing details.

Every invite needs a free seat, and every seat is billed monthly, so the count here is the one number that decides both who can join and what you pay.

    The privacy portal

Ask for your data to be deleted, and keep the receipt that says when.

A deletion request is a right you hold, and the receipt is your proof of when you exercised it.
