Trails.

A trail is one conversation with WagonWorks. Each one is kept, so you can come back to it from the sidebar or the Trails page.

Now you

Do it in your own workspace.

Press New trail to start a fresh conversation — the one you were in stays where it was.
Open Trails from the sidebar to see every trail, or type in Search trails to filter the sidebar by title.
Right-click a trail in the sidebar and choose Pin — pinned trails sit above Recent until you unpin them.
