Try it

Press the real control on a mock of the screen.

Now you

Do it in your own workspace.

  1. In the box at the bottom of Home, say what needs doing, who it is for and by when — “Remind Sam to send Northgate the signed renewal by Friday” — and press Enter.

  2. Read the task it fills in under Ready to create: the task, who it is assigned to, and its priority. Change a cell, or press Add task for another.

  3. Press Confirm. The task is created, in Planner or To Do as the form says, and the receipt under the answer names it. Cancel creates nothing.
