Do it in your own workspace.
Open Inbox from the sidebar and read what has been gathered there.
Open one message to see the conversation it came from.
Check that nothing has been answered for you — a draft stays a draft until you press Send reply.
Tick these off
You should see: Outlook and Teams messages in one list, none of them answered yet
