Add someone by name. Only people in your workspace can be added, and they see the same project the next time they open WagonWorks.

Do it in your own workspace.
Open the project and add a colleague by name.
Check they are already in your workspace — nobody outside it can be added.
Ask them to open WagonWorks and confirm they see the same project.
