A jobsite has never waited for anyone's uptime. Weather moves, the fiber doesn't reach the trailer, and the foreman still has to answer for the schedule by five. Every trade learns the same lesson eventually: the tool that only works with a full signal is a tool you can't actually count on where the work happens.
It answers the questions a job actually asks. Which drawing revision is current, and what changed. Which submittals are sitting unreviewed and holding a trade hostage. What the RFI answer was on the last job when this same detail came up — because the super who knew retired, and his answer is in the file, in the tenant your office already runs on. The pay app draws from the daily logs instead of from a Friday-afternoon reconstruction.
How the trailer reaches all of that depends on the job and the signal it gets, which is a conversation rather than a spec sheet. Two things hold on every job: the drawings never leave the site to be read by a stranger, and the crew's knowledge doesn't walk out the gate when someone moves on.
