Our vision is a Brain that stays with the building instead of leaving with the manager: the leases, the maintenance history, the story of every unit, held on hardware inside the property itself, so the knowledge compounds instead of walking out the door. It should answer the way a property's longest-tenured super would — because it's actually seen the whole history, not a summary of it.
We're not going to lay out the integration approach or which systems it reads here — that's outfitting, sized to your portfolio, worked through privately once a claim is staked.
